TM
First, we immerse ourselves into the brand, market context, the unique audiences and their needs, the goals and cultural context of the brand(s) and the benchmarking of best in class physical and content experiences to create potentially relevant storylines. Includes empathetic research into the mindsets and motivations of the potential audiences, creation of stories that would resonate with the most impact and define the appetite for the offerings.
Next, we dimensionalize the brand experiences by defining the success factors, create overall design concepts and develop key programming that will bring the potential storylines to life in relevant and engaging ways for multiple audiences. Define the spatial layouts, the look and feel, event and engagement programming, media and technology, live and hybrid events and operational requirements that will be necessary to bring the place to life.
Then, we design the projects in 2D and 3D to create the visitor experiences, layouts, adjacencies, content and messaging, physical forms, spaces, details and materials that will be required to realize these concepts. Develop the network of partners required for food and beverage, arts and media, entertainment and potential retail product collaborations. Create the legal and technical documentation required to communicate the overall design for fabrication, production and programming.
Finally, we oversee and guide the production and installation of built elements to ensure adherence to the original design intent, we test and iterate where required to fine tune on-site production elements and we oversee all on- and off-site fabrication, construction, technical installations and live programming to ensure we deliver the highest quality experiences.
